With our most successful customers, we have identified three phases of AI maturity. Phase One: Modernize your operating model. Optimization is the one everyone gets right away. Every business is challenged with processes supporting “stuff we just do”—low-value-adding tasks that are “how we do business around here.” These are all candidates for process reengineering, but in the meantime, people have to work through them or around them to get anything done. Lydonia uses Generative AI (GenAI) enhanced RPA (Robot Process Automation) and APA (Analytics Process Automation) to automate these routine tasks. During this phase, Lydonia will help you extend your phase one AI and Automation services to improve the quality of your data, automate data management, and maintain the guard rails on your AI process.
